Merging tracks with gap vs. without gaps chart display issue

Arpad Orfi shared this problem 8 years ago
Solved

I’m not sure if it is by design, but the graph of merged tracks is the same for both when the merge is done with gaps and without gaps.

You can see it clearly if you merge two tracks apart from each other, i.e. when there is a few kms (or a few dozens of kms) distance between the tracks.

Hello Arpad,

correct, this is not yet solved - so known problem in Locus charts. Unfortunately.

Issue will be solved in next Locus version. Gaps won't be drawn in chart (well, they will be drawn as white space - so few km gap will still be in chart, but now as few km long white space).
