Navigation to the 1th point of a created track/route?

how can i be navigated to the 1th point of a already created and visible route an a map?
When i tap the 1th point of a visible route an the map and tap "navigation/guiding" a guiding/navigation starts along this existing route beginning at the 1th point.
What about guiding/navigation to this 1th point from my actual different position first? What shall i do for that?

hold your finger on the place with the first trackpoint, a label witch address appears, tap "navigate to" from its action menu.
