No Routeplaner on existing track if .....

editing of route in "Route planner" is not possible for a temporary navigation track. Please save your track into database for a future modifications. Thanks for understanding.

Create Route xy, save route xy

open Routeplaner, open Routeplaner Menu, switch ON "keep not saved Route": Route xy can be modified with Routeplaner

open Routeplaner, open Routeplaner Menu, switch OFF "keep not saved Route": Route xy can NOT be modified with Routeplaner anymore

in other words:

It is not possible, to change an existing track/route (already saved in Locus-database) if "keep not saved Route" is set OFF in the Routeplaner-Menü. Thats all.

Test it this way:

Create Route xy, save route xy in database of locus

open Routeplaner Menu, switch ON "keep not saved Route"

open route xy in locus, open Routeplaner and modify route xy

you will find no problem modifiing route xy

Now switch OFF "keep not saved Route" in Routeplaner Menu

open route xy in locus again, open Routeplaner and try to modify route xy. No chance to do this.
