Try to Locus store and go to the country map to download highs for the state (Italy).

this is weird. May you please give a try and download any elevation file somewhere in USA? We updated elevation data in Europe a few weeks ago, so I would like to confirm that problem is in these new files (USA has still some older data) and not in Locus Map itself, thank you!

I have updated Locus map to the latest version on 3.31.3. But I have the same problem, it fails to download the srtm data of any area that is in Europe or America. My device is a huawei mate 8 with Android 7.
