Openweather map wms not works
Not a Problem
wms map located at http://wms.openweathermap.org/service not working anymore, shows loading, but no loading anything, or show error, nothing to load, sometimes, but works well on openweatermap.org, bot when i play with crs settings i get this kind of error: so clearly 127.0.0.1:83 is no valid endpoint, im couries is that locus or operweathermap issue?

did you tried this service in other GIS software? For me, it looks like service is not working correctly as you may see on this request:

any news in your ticket? Because as I see, there are no changes in ArcGIS viewer or in direct link to image itself. So for me, it looks like some permanent shutdown of Weather WMS service.
