Overcome the known limitation in Locus's KML implementation to support inner boundries of polygons

Gathering feedback

Locus's KML implementation is lacking the "inner polygon" feature.

I have been hoping this feature might just show up in an update sometime, but it hasn't come yet. Additionally, it was closed as 'not a "Problem"', so I am entering it here to see if it qualifies as an "Idea".
