Pick different language for app GUI and TTS for navigation

I've tryed to use voice navigation. Well, to be honest, czech sounds horrible. I prefer to use english for voice navigation, because it sounds much better and is easier to understand.

It seems impossible to use czech localization and english TTS for navigation.

this is correct. It's not possible to use different Locus language and different language for TTS. This is based on a way, how Android handle translated texts etc. So generally sorry, not possible.

There are two alternatives

get voice with higher quality for TTS
get voice converted from TomTom as a zip

Solutions

For Czech language exist quite good TTS Svox. It's paid, but it's quite good. I do not know about any other alternatives.
On deprecated Locus manual page are two interesting pages.
