Problem with information, statistics and chart display

Thomas Westheimer shared this problem 7 years ago
Solved

After a walk I open the saved track which is initially the information screen. That screen as a green bar with some info below it. In the past I could click the map area above the green bar and get a view of the whole map. Now it doesn't work the same way. Previously I could scroll through the information, statistics and chart etc by swiping.

When I click above the green bar I get this screen instead of the real information screen that is next to stats, chart etc:

I'm using Locus Map V3.23.0 and swiping works (Information -> Statistics -> Chart, etc) and tapping on the preview map (above the green bar) displays the map with the entire track.

Can you clarify the map problem? In the example you provided, what I see in the preview map is the same as what I see in the full map (same track and map), What am I missing here?

thanks for the reply. In the past when clicking above the green bar I got the map but it stayed so that I could swipe to statistics etc. Now it just exits to the regular track map and the statistics etc are not accessible unless I return to the previous information screen and swipe/select statistics etc. Did I make more sense?

I've only been using Locus Map since version 3 and the way it works now is the only way I've ever seen it work.

Good day Thomas, Taras,

I'm sorry to say it, but current system is in Locus already for many many years! There were no change in current behavior.

I'm not sure what you want to achieve. Small map is already visible above green bar and all tabs are available when swipe to left. Sorry, I do not know how to help here more.

what does one do with the small map above the green bar? My 70 year old memory is that when clicking on that small area above the green bar the map below the green bar was exposed to see it. see comment graphic I just saved

Hello Thomas,

I'll gladly send you older version if you wants, just tell me how old You want. Maybe five years before it worked differently, but cannot say for sure ...
