Miss I something or is the possiblity of puchasing this map comming soon?

[GER]Die Karten sind anscheinend nur für einen gewissen Zeitraum im Speicher gültig.

Zumindest wird es so angezeigt...

PS:

Aktuell gibt es hier ein Thema darüber im Forum.

Offline outdooarctive maps will be available in next two or three weeks. It is possible to subscribe only online access at this moment.

and later?

Later is planned deeper support of outdooractive system like user's tracks, points but this is really sound of the future. I hope that online and offline maps will be sufficient for the most of the users.

Which layers?

I would strongly appreciate winter map with slopes steepness.

Offline on subscription basis only, or are we able to buy this map (fixed price)?

Ah, I've found just "summer" in tourist maps. I missed winter section. Thanks.

I went through maps offer.

Both summer and winter looks nice, but they have one important disadvantage. They don't display creavasses on glaciers.

if you go to http://www.outdooractive.com/en/serviced-hut/osttirol/neue-prager-huette/6938678/#dm=1 then to the west you can find Schlatenkees (glacier). In the right top is map menu, if you select topomap - voilá creavasses! Moreovere the maps looks exactly as paper DAV/OEAV maps which is familiar for thousands hikers/skiers. Are you about offering topo map? Or adding creavasses to summer/winter map (sounds like nonses to me).

In winter maps are completely missing winter trails :-(. Viewing at least summer (hiking) trails would be helpful for better orientation.

It would be nice if you add to both summer and winter map (and topo :-) ) to add menu contents > huts overlay. Finding Rudolfshutte, which is HUGE, in wintermap is almost impossible (if you don't know where it is).

Many thanks for adding hillshade overlay. Just short note- this option is not visible in map screenshots (you've probably added the option on the very last minute and didn't update screenshots).

Hi Hrabosh,

Creavasses - unfortunately topomap layer is not licensed for usage in Locus map application.

Hiking trails in winter map - I can understand that it can be useful but on the other hand I'm worry of some misunderstanding. Is it secure? Some trails can not be accessible in winter.

Huts overlay - we have long terms plans with outdooractive systems. POIs and Trails are planned but with lower priority.

Hillshade on screenshots - are you sure? :)

Best regards

Petr

Yep, I'm sure.

Topomap - for now or forever? What could we do to get the layer? Do you know relationship between OEAV and Outdooractive?

Summer trails. That's right. But now there is "almost blank" map of Alps... Especially when huts and other pois are not highlited. No paths, no creavasses, no pois. Just hillshade and downhill slopes. Not very useful (if I compare it to its potencial). :-/

I can that you've spent a lot of time in dealing and implementing outdooractive maps, but the result is not very satysfying for users (I think I'm good representative of customer group ot this kind of maps).
