"Screen always on" in presets

In 3.23.2, "Screen on/off control" was added to the presets (http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/add-screen-onoff-control-setting-to-presets). Please also include the simple "Screen always on" switch, because that can't be achieved with this. Right now, I can get Locus into my biking mode with just activating one preset - and then having to additionally turn "Screen always on" on. :(

Sure, thx. Can't edit the OP, though...

I would like to add "Disable Screen Lock". At the same time, http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/quick-switch-disable-screen-lock can be closed - this switch makes much more sense in the presets. And together with "Screen on/off control", all needs for display/locking would be covered.

Good day guys,

"Always screen on" converted to new "Presets system" and added as another option into presets since version 3.25.22.3+.

No sure about "Disable lock screen". Isn't most useful to keep it enabled and forget on this settings? Why should I want to disable it and enabled it based on my activity?

Hi Menion

Very simple: When biking, I have the phone attached to my handlebar. If I accidentally touch the on/off button, I'll then have to unlock it while driving, very annoying and dangerous. So I set lock screen disabled for biking.

When hiking on the other hand, phone is off and in my pocket. When I take it out I'll be standing anyway, so I can do the unlocking. Furthermore, in my trouser pocket, the on/off button gets hit easily involuntarily. This happened to me before: I took out the phone, Locus was stopped (including the recording), some other app got started - total mess, all from touches registered I my pocket

So yeah, different activities -> different phone usage patterns -> different lock screen settings.

Good day Ingo,

thanks for explanation, understand. Oki, let's try it in next Beta version.
