Selecting the right POI DB for current map view

Maps like OpenAndroMaps are really great and I, like tons of others, typically use them. But POI handling then is totally disconnected - you have a long list of available DBs, that is all. But Locus already has this nice "fast map switch" mechanics; just employ it to the POI DBs as well. Currently Locus shows a full list of .DBs POI files it found after startup. Simply offer the 3 or 5 POI DBs nearest to the map center. Same way you do it for the maps themselves.
