Spanish IGN maps available to download

Not really something that needs to be implemented, but a recent discovery I made that may be useful to others. Spanish IGN topographic raster maps (up to 1:25,000) are freely available to download from the CNIG download centre. Maps are in the .mbtiles format (so are already Locus compatible) are available for each Province and also for many of the National Parks here:

http://centrodedescargas.cnig.es/CentroDescargas/loadMapasMoviles.do

I'd like to inform you that CNIG - National Topographic maps are free available in Locus store.

After download the Spanish IGN i cant find them in the maps menu. How to switch to these cartes?

Dear Thomas,

please check Menu > Maps > Offline > Maps or CNIG Spain folder.

Are you sure that map was downloaded properly ? I would also suggest to try to download map again,

Thank you for freedback. I guess that you're are on the older version of the Locus app. There was small bug when the downloaded map was not shown in list of offline maps (I forgot mention it in my previous reply). This issue is solved in the latest version.

Hi Aaron,

you can download mentioned maps directly from Locus store via Menu > Locus Store > Europe > Spain > CNIG Spain.
