Tap on label instead changes ruler format

See example screen capture below. I have found (easy to reproduce) if I tap on the popup label (in this example track named "thanks") on the right hand side (but not the > arrow), but still far away from the distance ruler, sometimes instead the ruler is incorrectly cycled through its 4 formats (small, small+ZL, large, large+ZL). In other words the ruler object incorrectly handles the tap event instead of the label object. One possibility for bug is that the ruler object tap region is always "large width" even when visually a "small width".
