The purchased maps do not occur in my mobile.

I have purchased maps via the Locus Map Pro Application and wanted to add these maps to the Offline maps. Unfortunately I was not able to find these maps in my phone even though the corresponding items are green signed in the store.

could I ask you what map did you purchase? (LoMaps, Compass, etc..) Basically can you see the "Download" button in detail of purchased item in Locus store?

Dear Petr,

Thanks a lot for your e-mail.

It was Compass Company (Beskid Niski, Beskid Zywiecki, Beskid Slaski and later also Bieszczady). I was looking for these maps in the whole memory of my mobile to add these items to the OffLine Maps. No success. But several hours later I have downloaded the LM Poland map as a gift from LocusMapPro. Then suddenly in the section OffLine maps these maps occurred as a "Nearest location" maps. Did I do something wrong or the purchasing operation needs some time for implementation ? Apart from this I'm very satisfied of the LocusMapPro application. There is all I need walking in the mountains or driving a car.

Dear Krystian,

would you please open Menu > Maps > Tab offline. You should see the section Compass maps and Europe > Poland LoMaps. Can you see the Compass maps in the Menu > Maps > Offline, please?

I wrote in my last e-mail. Now the maps are in this place as "Nearest location->Compass.pl->(Set of Maps)......."
