The contour lines is generated info in the maps you download. So it is not possible to create different lines during display of the map.

unfortunately this is not possible (as toomi wrote). Anyway that could be some workaround for you – dynamic altitude.
1. Download elevation files for areas you are interested in. Please see this video how to download the files: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRO_UE...
2. Set the units. Menu > Settings > Localization > Altitude units
3. open Menu > Settings > Map objects & styles > and enable Dynamic altitude. Locus shows elevation value near the center cross. This feature can work online and also offline (if you download the elevation files)
