Virtual map as a solution to the problem of one touch (quick) switching and much more

(I used Google translator, so I apologize in advance).

The virtual map contains a set of real maps with a user-defined sequence of their switching.

All that will be needed – it is an additional parameter in the properties of each map, allowing you to add real map to the virtual map.

Thus, in addition to offline and online maps, we will also have a section of virtual maps.

It should be possible to edit a virtual map - add and delete real maps and also change the sequence of switching real maps inside a virtual one.

It would be very nice if it will be possible to define an overlays separately for each map added.

In this case, you could add the same map several times (with different overlays) and quick switch between all this with a single tap (shake?), without spending a lot of time working with the interface and without having to repeatedly configure the desired overlay mapping.

It also removes the problem of quick map switching - you add all the cards you need (in the current situation) to the virtual one and scroll them in a given sequence (forward or backward) using one tap (swipe, shake etc.)

It will be possible to create different virtual maps (with different sets of real maps and different overlays) for specific needs. They will not take any place in the memory of your smartphone, but they will greatly facilitate and speed up the work with the program.

Add a map switching along with her native style.Example: Freizeitkarte with her home themes

Good idea. I don't like overlays, I would prefer a way to quickly switch between 2 or more predefined maps

Quickly switching is necessary, but overlays are still invaluable - some overlays (e.g. strava heatmap or forest roads) are not really usable without base map. Overlays are not that useful if you overlay two proper maps.
