Hi,

small example, you display map of Indian without satfix, next you open map of china, you are ask "center map"if yes, map is centered at e.g. Xining. But you live near Beijing and want allways open this map by selecting "center map" near Beijing. So you set new mapcenter near Beijing.

When I set a center map at a offline map. Sqlitedb format, it seems that when I change the center of map, it no works, next time, when I am asked go to center map, it's still go to the original position.

Hi Feng Tao,

each map has its approximate geometric center on which it is focused when tapping "Center map". If you want to change position of this "center", use function "Set new map center". It's useful as balloni655 writes for centering map on your desired position when switching between various maps and hitting "center map". If it doesn't work as you write then there must be something you omitted during settings - please describe point-by-point the procedure so that we can simulate the problem.

Step1: Maps -- OFFLINE

Step2: 'My offline map' -- More -- Set new map center -- Select on map -- √

Step3: 'My offline map' -- More -- Center map

After that I found that the new map center didn't work.

The offline map is exported from Global mapper 14.

Hi Feng, guys,

do not know how you created this map, but seems that it contains table with extra information that Locus use for storing some parameters, but this table is not exactly same as Locus do and because of this, it do not work as expected. Easier solution is manually delete whole "info" table in database.

Anyway I've improved this little bit in Locus so in next version, Locus should automatically add missing information into this info table and settings of map center should work correctly.
