Where the weather is taken from?

There is very nice weather function in Locus. Would you tell us the service from which Locus takes it? Maybe I can look it from my desktop PC also?

I`m not sure what is included in Free version now, but as I remember, there was limit on number of requests per day and mainly on number of days for forecast, so we use "Premium" in Locus
