Track as destination for POI management for creation of track waypoints

POI can be converted to track waypoints , in the waypoint menu there is an option copy from POI

Really a waypoint is just a POI that has same visability as its parent track.

So when moving/copying/creating POI in the database, It would be useful to be able to choose a track as a destination so it can become a waypoint

For example, to add a series of photos from a trip to a track as waypoints, workflow currently is

from geotagged photo, create POI first in temp folder, then edit the track, add waypint by copying from the photo POI, then delete photo POI, and you have to do this one POI at a time. Lots of repetitive work.
