This idea completely copied from viewranger.
While the next/previous buttons are handy, perhaps a play mode that automatically goes to the next bit.
Even better would be to include an overview on position on the map that matches the point, and also the chart, this is a really useful feature on viewranger as you can see why speed/altitude suddenly changed.
