Export privacy GPX without timestamps

For GPX services, Locus should allow for exporting gpx files without the time xml tags. Often, only the track is of interest, not my performance. It is also a privacy topic.

Idk if that creates an incompliant gpx, but services often offer gpx without any timestamps.

An option on export (which should always return to default:with timestamps) would be nice. Othersise users have to use whatever regex capable editor...
