Locus Action "add_wpt" enhancement

Hi Asamm guys,

add_wpt broadcast command currently has name, auto_save and action_after as properties.

I am asking for a useful new one: "latlon". So if the command gets a position in the format 57.1235,8.1232 then a WP would be created at that position.

My use case: I detect pauses. On such algorithm the detection ends with a lag... after the pause, when I resumed walking. There is currently no way to save with an older position.
