Track start/end icons as a folder setting

Hi,

I suggest adding the start/end icon settings, which currently is only a global setting, to folder settings.

Some of us, like me, may have folders with all of our tracks which we all display at once, for planning. So we can see where we have already been.

A scenario where the dots are many, but not needed. But I turning them globally off is usually not desired...
