Distinguishing tracks planned/done in track manager

being able to distinguish tracks, which are just planned (and have not been performed by the user) IMO is important. In Komoot for instance, the difference is clearly shown.

Locus could help distinguishing between them. Currently, if there's both types in a folder, visually there is no difference. Locus displays a calculated track time and one may conclude, that this may be a recorded track.

I think it could put the planned, not yet done track titles in italics. Locus can clearly detect those: if they have no timestamps. That would be the easiest method.

Also it could add a manual "todo" toggle.
