Add filters to tracks and point groups

Currently have thousands of trails loaded as tracks across a state. Each folder is broken down as a use type. I. E. Hiking, motorcycle, seasonal motorcycle, atv, car, ...

Originally I'd go into a folder and show the closest 200 trails to my current position. Problem is that it only shows the use type. So I'd have to go into each folder to turn on the closest trails in order to not overload the app.

I was excited to see groups and figured I could simply show the closest 200 (or x number) of tracks to my current location within a group like you can within a folder. This does not appear to be the case. Please advise if there is a workaround or add this feature if possible?
