Open new link to Google Maps & Google Earth from WebPlanner

Given that Locus app & web don't have any plans for 3D visualization, this suggestion would be excellent partial solution for seeing the difficulty or scenic beauty of planned route.

Ideally add to right-click context menu (mockup below):

for example from current Locus WebPlanner position & zoom

After some experimentation I don't fully understand all the earth.good.com query string parameters, but it still mostly works.
