Better Airsoft support

Allow me to suggest some modifications for the use of Locus as an airsoft tool:

Possibility to modify the "dynamic elevation" data of the cursor with the distance data.

Entry on the guide bar, travel time and ETA.

Change the width of the radius around wp (geocache)

Implement a distance meter other than the two-finger one.

Locusmap for Garmin: enter the current time field as well as the arrow and the distance
