Add Swiss CRS CH1903+/LV95 to default list

The old Swiss CH1903/LV03 CRS is in the default locus map list, however, this has now already been deprecated and has been replaced by CH1903+/LV95.

I know that I can manually add it to the config_projections.cfg, however this is very tedious and I'd have to do it on every mobile of all my friends which just isn't practicable. Also all paper maps in Switzerland have been using CH1903+ for quite some time now.

Please add CH1903+ to the default list.
