Live Tracking freezing with uploaded avatar image

Solved

I have a very strange issue with my live tracking...

When I use it with an uploaded avatar photo (480px 62 kB) everything freezes and lags.

If I delete my profile picture everything works just fine...

I use a Moto G8 Power if that can make any difference.

My son uses a Sony Xperia 1 ii and everything works just fine. (his profile picture is from google account).
