Create point in the screen's centre when moving cursor

Hi there.

I know we can configure the creation of a new point to the centre of the screen, to the user's position, etc.

Usually, I have it configured to use my position, but I would like to to know if there's a way to make Locus create a point in the centre of the screen EVERY TIME I move the cursor from my position. This way, it would only create a point in my position if I don't move the cursor and would create a point in the cursor's position if I move it.

This would be very useful to create points when driving a car or a bike.
