Dashboard - cell frames preview

Hi,
in the Classic "control panel" when editing the dashboard displayed the existing cells with frames, so I could see what the layout looks like as a whole.
At 4 it is not.
Maybe the option to turn on / off cell frames (frames for preview only). It would make modifying the dashboard a lot easier.

Next: if we have, for example, 3 cells, we can enter any values, the sum of which may be greater than the screen width. It's an error. There should be a screen width control (as well as the sum of the heights of existing lines).
