Please update Switzerland CRS to EPSG:2056

Hi

Currently, LocusMaps only shows CH1903 CRS for Switzerland (EPSG:21781). However, this is outdated and has officially been replaced by CH1903+ (EPSG:2056) a few years ago. CH1903 should not be used anymore.

I know that one can manually edit config_projections.cfg, however on modern android devices there's usually no access at all to the android/data folder and editing this file is not possible for the average user.
