Make link editing available in tracks

If a gpx track is imported, Locus can show the element <link href="https://www.outdooractive.com/r/18633448"/>

Example gpx attached.

But it is not yet possible to add/edit Link URLs in Tracks like it is possible in Points.

Sometimes it is helpful to store aditional information at tracks like URLs (link to where the idea for the track came, wikipage about the landscape etc.).

Please make editing of additional information like URLs at tracks possible.
