Import: Let user choose to ignore/skip points or tracks or routes

On a regular basis, I do import GPX files containing points and tracks. Often, I am only interested either in the points xor in the tracks but not both.

Currently, I must import all, then search for the undesired stuff and delete manually.

Idea:Add a filter possibility

1. In import dialog's folders choice, there is "none (skip points|tracks)".
2. Alternatively, each section (point and track) have a checkbox or toggle to (de)activate this section
   

I assume the same can happen with routes instead tracks.
