Refresh track recording battery optimisation warning dynamically

There is a very useful warning of battery optimisation when the track recording panel is displayed. Battery optimisation will likely prevent accurate, or any, track recording. See below

At present when I then disable battery optimisation (disable Battery Saving mode) the warning remains until I cancel the track recording, then restart it again.

I suggest the warning is checked dynamically, and displayed/ hidden in real-time rather than only when the track recording is opened.
