shading: new feature for SAR/HAZMAT/K9/HEMS/Hunting

Hello and a Great New Year !

I would sugest a new function in the "shading category" which could be helpful for search and rescue, K9 operations in SAR, HAZMAT/CBRN Response, planing an escape routo in flooding or quickly accesing areas at risk for flooding, and not the least: hunting.

I try to describe the idea:

Let me call it a "dynamic relativ elevation overlay": In relation to your actual position terrain is colour coded wether it is higher or lower as the users actual position. The overlay size may be customizable in perimeter acording to relevance for the actual use case and the colour scheme should be scalable ( relative to the higest elevation resolution of the elevation model used).

In adition an indikator showing the main wind direction (retrieved from online weather data) with the arrows tip on the users position would complete the operational picture.

This feature coulkd help in rapid visualisation of areas that are above or below my position, e.g. to plan for stagin of recue vehicles in an hazmat situation, planing of temporary dams to prevent flooding, setting up helicopter landing sites for humanitarian supply operations, wildfire firefighting, planing K9 search operations or a stalking hunt in not so familiar terrain.....
