My library not populated in Locus Web app

I've recently transferred my Gold account to a new email address and successfully moved My Library Tracks and Points to the new Gold account in the Android app. See screenshot 1.

However, these haven't carried across to the web app - My Library is empty. See screenshot 2.

  • Sync performed in Android App - screenshot 3
  • Browser cookies deleted
  • Computer restarted
  • Browser: Firefox 128.9.0esr
  • Tested in Edge browser - same issue

You may also notice that there is no map in the main window either - would you like a separate ticket for this issue?
