Web Planner: Provide end-user release testing facility

There is a well-established end-user testing process for the LM Android app (and now also the iOS version) with multiple beta versions before release, but as far as I know nothing equivalent for the Web Planner, despite increasing integration between them (MyLib V2/LoPoints etc).

I've no idea of the feasibility/cost of providing that - I guess it must exist internally so question is whether end-users could have some access to that to help with testing of significant changes especially regression testing.

I'd guess there would be enough volunteers, so probably a feasibility/cost/benefit assessment would be needed.
