Dynamic elevation/crosshair missing in presets

Hi Asamm,
I have a Preset "Map only" where I really just want to have LM display the map and no other UI elements. Here's the last missing bits, I ask you to add them. Then everything UI wise is included:
To Preset system:
- Dynamic elevation
- Crosshair
To Quick Settings:
- Crosshair
