Migrating to Locus 4

I've downloaded locus 4 and followed the prompt to package up the data and transfer it across. In locus 4 I'm logged in to the same account, but none of my maps or points are showing up and I'm being asked to subscribe to premium at a very significant price increase compared to currently. Please help?
