Allow to change order in charts

The new charts introduced in v4.33 are so many charts below each other that not all on them fit on one screen. Even when requested "compact view" is available, not all charts will be visible at once. Hence, I would like to re-arrange the sequence of the charts to my needs, so I could e.g. show "altitude" and "Tempo" (speed) and "power" (how hard I kick bike's pedals) – which are currently too far away from each other to see at the same time:
