add fetch user notes from GC on import dialog

Gathering feedback

Hi,

locus is designed for offline usage so it would be great to import / update all Geocaching Personal User Notes while import of a GPX.

I would be awesome to have a checkbox for the import for the user notes. See attached screenshot where I mean.
