add additional new log features "Needs maintenance" to locus/FieldNotes

There are new log features on geocaching.com available.

Most important news, user can add info "Needs maintenance" inside his main log and Groundspeak create automatically two logs at once.
My whish, add these option also to locus/FieldNotes
