Allow odd number of track recording items

At present only an even number of track recording items can be specified (between 4 and 12):
So if one item is a graph (default), then the last item takes whole width of window (ugly), but there could be two items on the line like other lines:
Why limit the # track recording items to odd numbers? Suggest replacing list with a simple +/- interface (similar to display idle time), still limit between 4 and 12:
