Allow thicker distance rings

I gave up using the map scale (ruler) because it is too small to see in sunlight, and format changes when accidentally tapped. Instead I use the distance rings with a large font height. However the dashed circles are still too thin & difficult to view on a cluttered map. For example with actual phone size below can you see the 3 red circles?

current config.cfg settings:

map_items_distance_rings_font_size=20.0

map_items_distance_rings_color=#FF0000

I'd like to suggest another setting

map_items_distance_rings_width=1.0 #default
