Auto create a folder with the name of the folder path in auto export GPX

Add the possibility to specify in the track export settings when GPX is selected, automatically create a folder inside of "export" with the name of the folder that contains the track to export.
In my case I use it to record routes that run, and I created folders named shoes to know what routes and what I have done to have a totalized by shoe.
