Automatic online map change depending on zoom level

This is close to the idea proposed in http://help.locusmap.eu/responses/possibility_for_different_map_source_at_each_zoom_level , but not quite!

I think the easiest solution would be to include a "master map" into the providers.xml. Then you could choose for each zoom level (range) a map provider for those levels.

Now I have to switch (mainly between two) maps, depending on the zoom:

1) Bing road for a wider view, not too much clutter on the map, so the geocaches are easy to spot while driving.

2) A land survey map to actually find the geocache
