Bring back import URL history access by down arrow.

I have mainly two URLs from where I import GPX files.

Previously it was possible to just click on the down arrow next to the URL field and then choose the URL.

Now I have to enter text (letter `H`) into the field before the history opens. This involves many more clicks than previously.

Also, most of URLs start with `H` (http), it might be more useful when the name part of the URL is compared to the letter.
