Display track recording panel when active track is tapped

Everything in Locus responds to a tap or long tap or double tap or swipe. Everything! Everything except the track being recorded & displayed on the map. Confusing.

Current behavior: tap on track on map as being recorded > tap is ignored.

I made a suggestion here a year ago. Another attempt...

Suggested behavior: tap on track on map as being recorded > display the track recording panel (same as tapping the track recording button).
