Draw Distance Ring from the center of map rather than from the GPS point

When the map screen center does not coincide with the GPS Location, the "Distance Ring" center is not shifted and this function becomes useless (option "Line to GPS" more suitable for this, because shows the accurte distance).

It would be better if the "Distance Ring" center always coincided with the map screen center. This will allow you to estimate the scale of the viewed area of the map, even if it is far from the GPS location.

Now i have to switch on both options - "Distance Ring" + "Map scale indicator"
